Background: 1st year undergrad in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in NTU Singapore
I have a 3 months break before my next academic year and would like to get some experience to build my portfolio. I have basic knowledge on python and c++ and experience analyzing data and building regression models. I day trade the ES on the side (4 months in and still flat) and collect data from volume profiles and key levels of the day to generate my own statistics in excel.
What should my primary focus be on for landing my first internship?
1. Math (Bayes's Theorem and Probabilities)
2. Machine Learning
3. Building basic algos and backtesting
